Below are a few important steps to getting registered and approved to volunteer.


Verify your Volunteer Status

Log into your family’s AdminSports account, which is accessed through the AYS website (this is the account where you register your kids each season). Under "Participant Information" there is an Options header. If your name isn't shown, click the Volunteer button and fill in the requested information. If your name is shown, click on it and update all information, especially contact information and your date of birth.

 
CORI/Kidsafe

State regulations require that all of our volunteers are CORI/Kidsafe checked.  Even if you have submitted a CORI for another organization, you have to submit if specifically for Ashland Youth Soccer. Thankfully, the process is quick and easy!

Please take 2 minutes to submit so that there is no delay in getting your application approved. You must be cleared (name on the list below) before you are allowed on the field for practices or games.

1) Check the CORI registry to see if you are already cleared (scroll down to Ashland Youth Soccer and look for your name):

2) If your name is not listed, then you must submit an application. The CORI application is filled out by YOU, by visiting the link highlighted below.
**YOU MUST TYPE ASHLAND YOUTH SOCCER (not AYS) INTO THE NAME OF ORGANIZATION BOX
***YOU MUST TYPE IN LAST SIX (6) DIGITS OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

3) Please scan and email a copy of your driver's license to Lori at louhen2002@yahoo.com 
 
4) If you are a travel coach or assistant, you are required to have a coach card. Please email me picture to use on your card (no sunglasses or hats) to louhen2002@yahoo.com.
